In this video, we will explore the concept of systematic desensitization and how it can be used to treat phobias. Phobias can be a debilitating condition that can severely impact one's quality of life, but with the right tools and techniques, they can be overcome. We look closely at one study which used this technique on a group of patients with extreme phobia of snakes.
