UCSF's Brain Change study is testing a new approach to treating adolescent depression and anxiety called Training for Awareness, Resilience, and Action (TARA) that's based on emerging insights into the unique teenage brain. The study aims to evaluate TARA's effectiveness and see how it rewires teens' brains.
