Sugar cookie recipe
Ingredients:
6 cups flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 cups unsalted butter
2 cups sugar
2eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Mix on high-speed for two minutes.
Add eggs, vanilla, and almond extract. Beat for another minute.
Slowly, add dry ingredients to the butter and sugar mixture.
Chill for at least one to two hours.
Roll out chilled dough on a floured surface and cut into desired shapes.
Bake 350 for 8 to 10 minutes
This recipe makes five dozen 3 inch cookies.
