Our table space in a canteen is defined by the space of our tray.
It’s a functional product at the center of our social exchange during meal.
Rectangular plates aloud to have a smaller tray and save space.
The canteen trays are made from plastics.
Producing smaller trays allows on an industrial scale to reduce the quantity of
plastic used.
