Hello friends!!!
Today's layout comes to you from my homemade traveler's notebook - this is the Traveler's Notebook I am using to document different things we like to do around town. This particular page features a July 4th outing one year. We love the festivities around the 4th of July and always try to find something around town to do. There are multiple places that host events, and sometimes we just host our own event at our house then go watch fireworks.
We really enjoy just spending time together as a family and with friends as well. July 4th is just another excuse for us to get together and celebrate - why not?! I found this page in the traveler's notebook I made that had stars on it and thought it worked well with fireworks at night. I don't typically use more than one photo on my Traveler's Notebook layouts so I thought I'd try it today as a test to see if I like it. I think I do!

I think using one or two photos on a Traveler's Notebook layout works, just depends on how big your photos are. I don't think I would use photos bigger than 3x4" if you are going to use more than one. But I have seen some really cool layouts using a full page photo on one side.... maybe I'll try that soon!
