Chula Vista is famously known for their Curroto Cans. Sadly, Chula Vista stopped buying them because the moron's at the city thought it would be a good idea to make a rule stating that they cannot pick up extras, including but not limited to bags on the side, boxes on the side, manual bins, etc. Due to that there was no reason to continue buying Curroto's they switched to buying ZR's.
