"RaRCS" stands for "Record and Record Combined Stereo", which means that the left and the right sides of the video come from two different studio records.
In this case you can enjoy "Baby I Don't Care" from Transvision Vamp (singer: Wendy James). On the right side you can see the official music video clip, while on the left side a TOTP performance from 1989 (edited). The TOTP performance could have been live, but it was actually playback. (Though, Wendy looked great!)
