As part of the Prospect Highway upgrade Transport for NSW has funded a Bush Tucker Garden to Shelley Public School.

The garden will be used as an additional tool in the students learning about First Nations people and how they cared for country.

It will also teach the children about the importance of living sustainably and providing a connection to Country for the school.
