hello my friends, I hope this video brings you some enjoyment and entertainment today. expect some more decorating/house transformation videos to come soon :~)
this was a hard video for me to complete because I knew I wanted to narrate it (could you tell I took some inspo from watching grand designs hahahha) and it is not easy for me to talk about my dad's health. I tried to be as neutral as possible in the video, it took a lot of struggle and so many tries to record. to be completely honest, I'm still not sure how to cope with everything going on, and very recently finding out that there is a low chance my dad's cancer is treatable this time. I think I will give myself a lot of time to process it and in the meantime, I try to be as strong as I can for him. My dad loves to watch all my videos, which is why I increasingly censor my sadness when it comes to him, I don't want him to feel guilt or any sense of burden regarding his illness on us. It really pains me to see him suffer, too, and for anybody who has a loved one that is ill, shares this feeling of helplessness. trying to be proactive, I wanted to at least give him a wonderful room he loves as one of the only ways I can improve his quality of life.
