Transformers The Game on the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP) was developed by Savage Entertainment and published by Activision in conjunction with the 2007 live-action Transformers film.
Unlike the main console version and Nintendo DS versions, this rendition of Transformers The Game eschews the open-world and separate faction campaigns, instead focusing on a story that alternates between Autobot and Decepticon perspectives and featuring gameplay primarily centered around mostly linear levels. What it does different from the other versions, however; is how its narrative features the inclusion of multiple new characters from previous Transformers media that had not been introduced to the movieverse continuity by this point, like Shockwave, Hound, and Thundercracker! Like the Nintendo DS version, it also supports multiplayer.
