PERFORMANCE GUIDE FROM PARTICLE TOM & LEXI MARSHDEVIL:
We created this performance during the pandemic to help overcome isolation. It's too easy to slip into despair without actively creating mindfulness in our lives. We wanted to remind ourselves that there are things that we can do and the particle sequences in this production are actions we can take. We used songs from JaNa KYoMooN
to give a creative voice for these show segments:
1. Meditation (Song: Washing Away 4:16)
2. Journaling (Song: Know Who You Are 4:40)
3. Cleansing (Song: End of the Beginning 5:15)
4. Keeping the Faith (Song: Easter Lillies 5:09)
5. Spiritual Awareness (Song: Gliding 3:16)
6. Affirmations (Song: aParticle 6:53)
7. Keeping your loved ones Close (Song: Touching Hands 7:05)
8. Nature Bathing (Song: Egyptian Fog 6:34)
9. Observe the Night Sky (Song: Moonshine 4:36)
10. Music and Dance (Song: Dance of Life 6:56)
