Advanced standing students come from law schools across the country and make a substantial and welcome contribution to Berkeley Law’s student body. Applicants are considered for the fall term only. The Binding Early Decision (BED) application filing period is January 13 – March 14, and applicants will receive an admissions decision by April 7, 2025. Applicants admitted under the BED Transfer application will automatically receive a minimum of $30,000 in gift aid, distributed evenly over the remaining two years (maximum of four semesters).
