This week Schony747 is showing the start up and shutdown of the B2 Class tram here in Melbourne. The Comeng / ABB B2 class tram was the first tram with air conditioning and the second articulated tram after the prototype B1 tram was built. 130 B2 trams were built from 1987 onwards and all remain in service today and form an important part of the Melbourne tram fleet.
