In this video, I will teach you how to pass the Train Driver Coordination Test, which is a computerised assessment used as part of the train driver selection process.
The Coordination Test requires you to guide a ball, icon, or avatar through a track while staying inside the boundaries. One hand controls the left and right movement, while the other hand controls the up and down movement. This means you must use both hands together, especially when the track bends, curves, narrows, or changes direction.
This test is not just about speed. Accuracy is extremely important because if you leave the track boundaries, you can be negatively marked and lose valuable time getting back on track. In this tutorial, I explain how the test works, what it assesses, and how to practise properly so you can improve your coordination, control, speed, and accuracy.
