Honestly not too hard of a fight. Her minions are annoying but not super deadly. By this point in the game you will have more than enough resources to really trick out your characters. Case in point, I made both Estelle and Noel dodge tanks to bait almost every attack for critical counter attacks.

The worst thing Ilya can do is her S-Craft which negates Brave Orders, and has a high probability to instantly kill any character it damages. So no being sneaky and throwing up an Ebon Crest or High Heavens when she goes into enhanced mode. However, simply having gear the negates instant death will work fine.
