Welcome to the thrilling world of Dark Descent! Set 19 years after the original trilogy films, this real-time tactics video game will keep you on the edge of your seat. Join the action from a top-down perspective as you take command of a squad of four colonial marines, facing off against Xenomorphs and rogue agents from the Weyland-Yutani Corporation.
With five unique character classes, each armed with their own weapons and abilities, youll need to strategize and make split-second decisions. Slow time down to issue commands or set up a perfect ambush. Explore the moon station, uncover shortcuts, and deploy motion trackers to track alien movements. Use a welder to open locked doors or seal them shut to fend off the relentless Xenomorphs.
But beware, the choices you make will have consequences. The changes you make to the level layout are permanent, so think twice before sealing a door. Upgrade and customize your marines between missions, ensuring their physical and mental health. Each character has their own traits, and if pushed too far, they may sabotage your mission or even turn against you.
Prepare for intense, action-packed missions that can last anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. Will you lead your squad to victory, or will the Xenomorphs claim your entire team? Find out in Dark Descent!
