Dressing a Renaissance Queen is a short documentary film about the unusual circumstances surrounding the wedding of the future Queen Marie de Medici. The film takes you through the various stages of her dressing process detailing the dress itself and its relation to fashion of the time, along with facts surrounding her proxy wedding to King Henry the IV of France in 1600. The culmination of over a year's work, this labor of love is our pride and joy.

The dress used in the video was researched and designed by professional costume designer Nola Yergen. Please peruse our “About Us” section to learn more about her.

Currently we cannot show the video in its entirety as it is being submitted to various film festivals. It has been accepted into the Lady Filmmakers Festival in Beverly Hills, CA and will be shown during the event on the weekend of Sep. 28-30th, 2018.
