This afternoon there was an incident on the motorway, so the road was closed for a while, and then one (out of 3 lanes) was reopened.
The resultant congestion quickly spread to all the local roads around that junction.
I decided to ride 4 miles to document this problem.
Note: The clock is a year and two hours ahead!!
