This was a better boil than I had anticipated. I had collected 60 gallons the night before and RO'd them through the night. The yard trees surprised me with another 20 gallons at near 3%, adding up to give us just over 2 1/2 gallons on this Boil. At 1 week into the season we are at 6 gallons of finished product.
