TRACY MORGAN CONFRONTS HIS CHILDHOOD BULLY | Double Toasted Bites - A homeless man confronted Tracy Morgan in public recently and in this footage that has surfaced online, it's revealed that this man was Tracy Morgan's childhood bully, and Tracy was able to show no concern for this guy, and while some people may not think of it as being a stand up thing to do, we'd imagine that we wouldn't have acted much differently.
