The UPRR 150th Anniversary Exhibition Train headed up by the 844 returned from the Iowa State Fair by way of Topeka, KS on the old KP Line. The steamers don't run over this line very often so I went to get a few pictures at some of my favorite locations: the Bijou Creek bridge at Byers CO, the Kiowa Creek bridge at Bennett, CO, and along Smith Rd. near my house just east of Denver. I have lots of other favorite locations along that line but was lucky to catch it at these three.
