Time for Author Medal: 23.694
One of my oldest runs, back before I used my 10/10 car skin, and back when I used a keyboard for everything. I got this run on the first day I had this game! This was my first state record. No longer pb, though.
Pretty simple, but not exactly super easy.
Guide:
Go as far left as possible before the hairpin turn. If you do it correctly, you can take the entire turn without releasing the throttle or breaking. Keep it as smooth as possible. The jump afterwards is probably gonna be pretty hit or miss, so good luck with that. Try to stay to the left.
For the final jump, you want to jump to the right. This is a good (but difficult) place to try your hand at air turning. To air turn: as you're jumping, hold the direction you want to air turn (in this case, hold right). Your car will face that direction in the air. This allows you to set up your car for smooth turns after jumps, since you'll already be facing the direction that you want to turn when you land. It also lets you slide earlier if you land on normal tech surface/pavement, but that's for later. You can control your air turn angles by holding a direction more or less as you jump, or by holding the analog stick further or shorter in a direction if you're using a controller. It's MUCH easier with a controller.
TL;DR: Hold right as you take the last jump so that when you land, you'll be facing right. This makes the final right hand turn faster. Author medal isn't super easy, but the level is pretty short, so tiny time saves go a long way, and the level is short. Shouldn't be too hard.
