This is my 10:15.148 run on Shallow Dip - the easier first 5 floors of Deep Dip 2. Initial finish took me about 6 hours and 50 minutes.

Chapter 5:
- Escaping the Guardian isnt hard but somewhat inconsistent. I died/lost health often because the traps didnt get triggered by her. However, if you are at the door and she is close you can run back to the main area and try again. Evading her attacks isnt hard
- Obscura fight is easy (even theoretically hitless...). Just keep your distance, aim for the camera and only get close when she runs towards the emitter
Chapter 6:
- Doing the part with the Watcher stealthily is not hard - my nerves got too me though. Theoretically, you can just run through that part
Chapter 7:
- When exiting the building, immediately go right towards the theatre. Be wary of an enemy that might be coming your way
- After interacting with the paintings go back towards the building you came from and make your way to the Devils Own Taproom. Going this route you avoid all Lost. The Guardian is patrolling in front of the Devils Own Taproom
Painting #1:
- This painting is a bit tricky, if you need to, use a shock bolt in front of the gate to escape
- The axe you (probably) picked up in front of the warehouse in chapter 3 comes in handy when dealing with the Hysteric. Be careful, one hit with the axe does not kill her. A good method is to get one stealth attack followed by the axe
- Go towards the art through the right side
- Exit Devils Own Taproom and immediately go left towards the hotel. The Lost will go to Sykes, therefore, you only need to worry about the Guardian coming from an alley to the right. She is easy to avoid though
Painting #2:
- Obsucra is a hassle to avoid without using any resources. If you need to, or want to be sure, place a shock bolt in front of the gate so that she gets stunned when she hunts you to the gate
- Go towards the art through the left side
- You can go back to the theatre through the center of the map while also picking up a first aid kit. You will have to let Sykes die. The Safehouse will be available later
- From there, dont stay on the main street. Go towards the diner and from there follow the path to the theatre from which you came
Chapter 8.1:
- The light from the eye does not kill you immediately, you dont have to worry about it
- Save #2 (Saves remaining: 5)

Chapter 8 is a very short chapter. It can be done in 6-10 minutes.
The hardest part is probably the beginning. Its best to lure the enemies to the back of the cave, to where you start.
