Antarctica done in 7 seconds using glitches. This run won't be submitted because our rules probably won't allow it.

This shows the new Weather Trigger Bug, found by TailsGaming. We can remote trigger using snow or rain. Loading the game doesn't remove them from the old spot, so you can use that to trigger things in areas you technically haven't been before.

This is not 100% reliable and I was lucky it worked in my first try.
