Tomb Raider 2 with the german exe. I was fooling around trying to trigger a qwop. It didn't seem to work and then I jumped in the water and while trying to climb out it looks like I got embedded in the wall while swimming in the water and floating. I pressed ctrl to get out, I wasn't pushed.
