It's possible with EMS to skip completing the Forest Temple (after getting the Boomerang, of course, since you need that for EMS in TPHD). youtu.be/p58tYcvDFXU
After EMS, you first do Faron Escape: youtube.com/watch?v=rYR_BvNAMfY Then you can do the gorge void and rupee roll techniques that I did here.
I'd never done this before, so I had to learn to do the rupee roll. These two videos were of help to me in knowing what to do:
