My guest this week is the wonderful Tally Abecassis from First Day Back.  A podcast for parents returning to the working world after having kids. A documentary style show that will leave you riveted, but with an appeal to everyone - if you're a parent, a child or you work, this will hit home for you. Tally is between her first and second seasons of her hit show and sat down with me to talk about the experience of making First Day Back, its impact on listeners, and some ideas for the future!  An absolute 'must-subscribe' as far as I'm concerned!
