(EDIT) Apparently this doesn't work for bad RNG. Holding up-right after roll makes it consistent probably.

This is not new but I think this is the most consistent method for Ball & Chain 4 hits.
I feel the timing for using Ball & Chain is later than imagine. I recommend mash and hold or tap twice.
