In today's video we have a 2013 Toyota Highlander with a V6 3.5l. The owners complaint is that both front doors will not lock or unlock when using both the key fob and the lock switch on the door. Before assuming we have faulty door lock actuators we need to test the system. On this particular design, they are computer controlled by a unit called the main body ECU. Follow along as I show you how to troubleshoot any issues with your Toyotas door locks.
