Welcome to Toxic Powerhouse Zone, a hidden facility located deep underground. This zone takes the underground nature of Toxic Caves and combines this with the industrial and mechanical nature of Lava Powerhouse. Despite it all being underground, Eggman has been quite busy, building an underground facility. Various tubes have been installed that take the toxic from below and repurposes it for making his badniks stronger, with unstable side effects, so watch out for those. - Fartimus
