Road tripping around Savai'i, Samoa with two fellow solo travelers turned out to be one of the highlights of my trip! 🚙🌴

We rented a car and explored many of the island's must-see attractions, including the incredible Alofaaga Blowholes, watching traditional siapo (tapa cloth) making, walking across the fascinating Saleaula Lava Fields, and cooling off with a swim at the beautiful Afu Aau Waterfall.

Savai'i is full of stunning scenery, friendly locals, and unforgettable experiences. If you're planning a trip to Samoa, renting a car is one of the best ways to discover the island at your own pace.
