Touhou Takkoman Kouzatsu World is a Mega Man X (more precisely Mega Man Zero) series like platform game, starring "Takorin" - a fanmade Touhou secondary creature born in the Scarlet Weather Rhapsody strategy & chat thread from the Touhou gensou board created by illuCalab. (Wiki).
Released in Reitaisai 9 (a special Touhou convention), this game is considered by many fan as one of the best touhou plateform/action fangame ever made.

Personnaly, I will remember this game for its awesome soundtrack.
