IOSYS is unique from most other doujin circles in that their tracks are recognized by youtube's content ID, meaning videos with their music can generate revenue for the creators of the track. This means that if you were to, say, use them in the background of a monetized video, the revenue you'll get from said video will significantly drop. However, uploads of these tracks are less likely to be taken down by copyright strikes as the creators may want to keep the video up if it still gives them both credit and revenue. Then again, it's hard to find exact info on how youtube's music copyright system works, so I could be completely wrong.
Though, this is technically made under ALiCE's EMOTiON, so none of that could matter in this case.
Speaking of which, the youtube auto generated music bots (or whatever you call those "- topic" channels) recently uploaded ZUN's music albums. I wonder what the comments on those would be like if youtube didn't remove comments from all those videos.
