Scarlet Weather Rhapsody was the second fighter game and introduced Tenshi Hinanawi the Celestial and Iku Nagae, the messenger of the Dragon Palace. Iku is one elegant underrated character, so his her theme. She said that "Harmony is to be Valued", which explain why I can't think of her theme arranged in another genre than folk, unplugged or instrumental. There are other genre, of course, but I think it's not as fitting to the character.
