Because Scarlet is in the name of the game it does not means it's the fault of a certain loli vampire in a huge red mansion. In SWR, everything started because of some Celestial, somewhere in heavens, who's innate ability was, to put it simple, to control earthquakes.
Said Celestial was bored and had easy access to a powerful familial item which alowed her to instantly know the weakness of her opponents. Said Celestial was very bored. She then had the brilliant idea of wrecking the shrine of the local youkai exterminator. Lots of fun ensued.
This arrange depict well Tenshi: straightforward, powerful but not mischievous or anything. She just wanted to play, and this arrange transcribe well what happens when you give big powers to a bored person.
