Prior to holoX, Choco was my RED Medic candidate number one. I mean, doctor. However, Medic is a scientist first – a morally unfortunate side effect of living at the time when the Hippocratic oath was the Hippocratic suggestion. A mad scientist is more accurate, which is Koyori through and through.
At this point, I had trouble finding a member for BLU Medic. I kept Choco around since her character is pretty blatant. It took me up until working on Meet the Spy to realize that Kanata recently got a nurse outfit. She was perfect since shes also blue.

Evident from when you met Heavy Luna and Soldier Roboco earlier, Haachama wasnt my first choice for Pyro. The initial composition was Flare as the RED Pyro, and Gura as the BLU Pyro. I mean, Flares theme is fire. Its in her name. I was content with my decision until I noticed it. Her default outfit is pretty blue. Thats why I had to move her to the BLU team and find a replacement.
As seen in Meet the Soldier, I chose Kiara, though one problem lingered. I needed Pyroland, and both Flare and Kiara dont really have anything attached for this insanity. I could work with Gura by changing her eye color to red, but not with those two. And then I remembered Haato and Haachama. The mayhem really fits her, and “Haatoland” has a nice ring to it. Oh, and the Haatons whole design is really convenient to incorporate into Minecraft, being a pig and all.
For Gura as my personal favorite for Blu Pyro – well... have you ever had a wet and lethal encounter with a pyroshark?

So, Sniper. The most obvious choice is obviously Botan, but shes... neither red nor blue. As far as I am concerned for the Meet the Team series, shes not red, which makes her BLU.
As for the RED Sniper, well, there are quite a few candidates. Rejected Sana and Bae because Australia alone doesnt really make the pick interesting. Sir Shootsalot, on the other hand, is much more amusing. This makes Mumei my number one pick. The TF2 weapon sprites I use do not have the default Sniper Rifle. I would have resorted to attempting to whip something up myself that looks like one, but the Sydney Sleeper has feathers attached to it.
I was going to use the Splash Potion for the Jarate. I mean, it functionally fits. However, Minecraft has two kinds of thrown-able potions, and the Lingering variant looks more like a jar.
One mistake I only later noticed is at the start of the phone call scene. I adjusted the camera, but I forgot to move the red car.
