I actually know how to play this song on the piano, so getting to remix this was pretty neat. Similar to the last boss, I was getting some french-vibes (specifically in the pre-chorus), which made me inclined to use the bandoneon again. I also used the backing melody of the chorus for the chorus in the second loop. I'm not sure if doing that made that part better or worse, but hey, I wanted to do something different.
I think ZUN did a pretty good job infusing French and Chinese elements into this song, which judging by his commentary, was what I assume was his intention.
