A clear of the Extra stage in Embodiment of Scarlet Devil without focusing.
In the Touhou shooter games, focusing increases the strength of your attack and slows you down, making it easier to make small, precise dodges. By not focusing at all I have made it much more difficult to avoid the bullets, and have made it so I have to last longer against any given attack before the enemy health bar is depleted.
I had to trim some time off of this video to get it under Youtube time constraints. The most notable trim occurs during "Starbow Break," the boss' sixth spell card. I just sit in a safe spot, without moving, for the entire attack. Thus, I editted out about a minute worth of video at that point.
