Yachie's...the other Youmu, I guess? Her C1 (and C2) don't do much damage, but both clear bullets. Weaker charge but stronger shot compared to Yuuma. Her scope is also instant and larger than average, which I think feels better for defensive use. Her giant otters are terrifying for characters who can't kill them off, but Reimu C1 and C2 both do obscene damage.
Everything about Reimu is busted and the game would benefit a lot from her dealing less damage and needing to spend more gauge for C2 at minimum. It's a miracle giant yinyangs can be deleted.
