Marisa's instant full vertical scope is nice, and she can rescope almost instantly after charge attacks. Great at farming meter, killing bosses, and piercing through bulky walls of enemies. C3 doesn't leave much breathing room so a well-placed EX C2 or other random bullet during it is checkmate, which is essentially her required AI-killing setup. Against human players it's nice that she can send over lasers with C2 without a screenflash telegraphing it.
