Looks like this is one of the easier Touhou Extra Stages to do perfect survival in. In this case No Miss No Bomb No Release, which is NMNBNR or just NNN for short. The downward shooting and some strats involving being above the boss is pretty fun. I think the bossfight is pretty fun to do in general. I did a few risky dodges on the 6th spell; it can be done safer than how I did it. Maybe on the final as well.
