Sprain Ridge Park has some crazy features!
I was seriously worried if we would all make it home safe 😵

This was the first time I had ever visited Sprain Ridge Park. Some of the guys that ride with RGMTB get there often, but for me it was all new. Let me tell you that there are some crazy mountain bike features at this place that will make you wonder if jogging should be you main sport!
