There are at least two ways for touch of malice to Hard crash your game. You need to be at a pixel of health to start. Then have a sparrow already summoned and stand next to it ready to ride. While low health hold "X" to get on and the moment before the "X" prompt is full shoot the last round to die and throw a grenade. This crashes the game and then closes it.
The second way is easier and may only work in the tower. Go to the tower with touch of malice on your back. Switch between it and a special weapon, this causes you to take damage. Repeat this until you die then the game crashes.
