Cao Cao's armies push out in every direction. Cao Ren approaches the Han across the Yangtze, below Liu Biao. Lu Fan crosses the Yangtze to the south and confronts Liu Yao. Cao Cao arrives at the first city of Yuan Shao and declares war.


My first full-form Total War campaign in over 5 years, and I'm aiming higher than ever while simultaneously attempting an extreme learning curve. A meticulously planned blitz of all of China, made possibly by Cao Cao's cavalry being used to their fullest extent with ambitious micromanagement, and by Cao Cao's diplomatic mastery being carefully and painstakingly utilised to capitalise on every opportunity and window. Pushing 3K to its limits from day one.
