Beating a roman army in a head on engagement is practically off the tables when it comes to barbarian factions. Suebi is a barbarian faction and must therefore use different tactics to emerge victorious.

Some tactics covered in this battle:
- Use ling of sight to trap an opponents tight formation and attack it where its weak.
- Flanking with high weapon damage units.
- Using the tactical map view to see which parts of the map you have vision to.
- Learning how to use the tactical map view to plan your moves.
