Seleucid Royal Peltast core:
- 6 Royal Peltasts
- 2 Indian War Elephants
- 2 Agema Cavalry
- 1 Azat Knights (this unit could be broken)
- 1 Camel Archer
- 1 Hellenic Cataphracts (General)
+ Strong and mobile infantry core
+ Powerful fear factor that helps win cavalry fights quicker
- Lacks skirmishers
- Susceptible to strong pike cores with good supporting units
Seleucid Levy Pike core:
- 6 Levy Pikemen
- 4 Hellenic Cataphracts (General)
- 2 Azat Knight
- 2 Shield Bearers
- 2 Slingers
- 1 Camel Archer
- 1 Eastern Slingers
+ Looks big and intimidating
+ Very powerful against heavy cavalry armies
+ Very powerful cavalry component
- Can lose quickly to stronger pike units without proper micro
- Can be chain routed easily
