This one's a bit easier, you just need to look out for the mass of air bombers that carpet bomb your Moho mine when 15 minutes elapse. Aside from getting adequate anti-air, you can mass up a submarine naval fleet and deal with the enemy naval ships and amphibious tanks easily.

Metal is scarce, but you can finally stock up on Metal makers and power them with water turbines since they generate a lot of energy on this planet.
