So this strat is to ignore all titanspawners and stack willbenders for big cleanses and stability, we made a lot of mistakes this run but still managed to get a new all time fastest, can definitely improve that a lot. This doesn't even use stacking sigils.. Well apart from me who accidentally had the wrong sigil equipped :^)

The buff of shroud 4 on the 24th didn't really do much, it IS actually worth using now, but just barely, as the dps gain is only around ~500 dps. The remaining 300 dps gained over previous bench comes mostly from the fact that using sh4 now covers the few seconds of firework downtime in the opener, lol.
I hope anet can buff sh4 even more so it actually feels impactful cause gravedigger spam is still almost as strong.

Disclaimer: This was just a funny side project when we noticed Ura is limited to 1500 vision and you can thus attack from 1501 range without making Ura use any abilities. This is clearly not intended behavior and we have reported it already.
Our strat is simple, but quite finicky because it requires high precision to execute. First, Ura needs to be positioned at an exact location by chaining a series of jumps. Then, we port out of range when the boss is in position. We make our way into the spot that allows us to hit Ura without her seeing us. At exactly 70.4% hp I walk into aggro range of Ura to bait her jump so we can cancel it, which allows us to skip toilet. The others run away because Ura gets extra range for the brief moment she starts to jump. Meanwhile, the chronos deal with the geysers and occasionally come to stack to cc ura with the help of stealth.
Sounds easy, but in reality most groups would be able to kill it normally multiple times spending the same amount of time we spent trying to get this shit to work out, and the kill is of course really slow so it is very much just a meme. The setup at 70% took particularly long to figure out and get right consistently and overall attempts is 100+.
Two bugs are at play here:
1) When Ura uses Propel and self-interrupts at 70%, Ura can bug out and not cast Return.
2) Ura has a 1500 aggro range, but since some skills can hit just a tad bit further, you can hit Ura while Ura isn't doing anything.
What we learned from this project:
1) 70% Return is always cast, even when no one is in Ura's aggro range
2) Ura can aggo on both pets and clones if they target Ura
3) The transition at 40% doesn't do anything (which was kinda expected, because nothing special happens there except Ura starting to cast bubbles, but as no one is in range, Ura doesn't do that)
4) At 1%, the first Titanspawner always spawns, even if no one is in range. It is a separate skill from the usual Create Titanspawn Geyser cast form Ura.

3rd kill in EU, 5th in the world. We are currently the only team that has killed Ura LCM after the patch that nerfed cmech and thorns relic.
The boss now gains +1 extra minute on timer in phase 4 but I would argue the fight is harder than before due to the fact that you will spend more time in the other phases cause of the nerfed damage and thus get more geysers + stacks on the boss, as well as having to spend more time in the deadly P4 keeping up reflects. Our best try before the patch was 12% phase 4.

Can be much better executed, and rota/build probably optimized more too but I didn't wanna spend much time on a meme build - and if you wanna play core necro condi is better anyway.
Gear: Full berserker, Dragonhunter runes, Firework relic, 3x precision infusions, Force+Impact / Force+Hydromancy
I had a 27.9 try ( https://dps.report/zsp3-20250508-222029_golem ) so 28k should be somewhat easy to grind for, maybe if you delay spear 5 as last skill in the opener for better firework uptime.
So people can get an idea of the dmg you're looking for with the htcm reaper build. Gear adjusted for Night Sigil instead of Accuracy but note that it is daytime, Flesh Golem not used, Greatsword 5 not used, Stat Infusions not used so people without them have a reference (with infus it's about 37.2k). Sous-Vide Steak + Sharpening Stone.

There's also the "safe rotation" without shroud 2 as demonstrated here: youtube.com/watch?v=J-vVhTv_v04 it's only ~200 dps behind but doesn't risk dashing off the edge. (don't compare the dmg in these two vids, I had infus in the safe rota vid and it's somewhat sloppy in that vid)

As you can see, cmech is busted on this boss. Both because of the damage, but also because of the CC and self-sustain. First time for me playing mech, rota is pretty fun but I still hate the mech with a passion.

To make this possible we had to make some major changes in order to beat our previous WR of 7:14. First, we used only pvirt for dps due to how strong it is at the moment. All the virtuosos took Phantasmal Defender to put Taunt on the boss, which significantly boosts the damage for all the virts. We also took chrono for alac dps which in this setting ourperforms a herald. The main unique thing for our strategy in this run is the Heal Quick Catalyst, which is able to provide 10 man boons for the full squad by splitting everyone up into two different stacking spots. This allowed us to take another pvirt for even more damage. The last bits of optimization we did was to stay inside primordus bite and distort to squeeze in additional damage, and port out with an additional portal placed in the middle of the hitbox. Zhaitan was also sped up by porting directly into the greens to minimize dps downtime, which was possible because we had 2 portals unlike the previous record.
There were a few mistakes from some of us here and there so this could be improved even more down to maybe ~6:45 if executed perfectly. This was however our last pull for this patch.

This pull was 38,179 dps, best pull I had so far was 38,3 but didn't record
This is the build I am using
http://gw2skills.net/editor/?PWgEEiWWBrjhwmYk4Qv4vqA-DShYBRFFwKIshQqmDR15ZUrUoCVgMvFEkwYP8aowZEoC-e
you can play a mix of dragon berserk if you want for like +40 dps but I didn't bother changing my gear since this is min-maxed for 25 cruelty stacks and writ.
Rotation concept is basically same as dh, except you delay your F1 virtue or GS5 / SP5 to maintain firework relic uptime. F1 will still proc fireworks despite not being 20 seconds due to trait cd reduction that reduces it from baseline
also I'm a bit slow on animation cancels, plus I messed up at 1:04 so you can surely get higher if executed better
build: http://gw2skills.net/editor/?PWgEEiWWBzjhwmYk4Qv4vqB-DShYBRFFwKIshQqmDR1ZhEcIURBkRGY7tggEG7hXDFWwAVA-e
- If you don't want to use my weird build you can just mix dragon and bersek gear until 40% crit for very minor dps loss
- Fireworks relic because F1 is bugged and procs relic despite not being 20s cd, and because of Renewed Justice trait you can spam it when killing stuff
- Smite Condition is 300 dps, you can drop it for stab/cc/swiftness
- You can use Smite Condition, F2, or F3 to stun break yourself on Zhaitan fear
- Your F3 gives stability to allies

We did a lot of pulls, this one was really bad for me cause I messed up multiple times and failed to get 25 stacks which is a big dps loss. But of course the kill is always those scuffed pulls. At least Soo-Won was kind of clean this run unlike the 7:25 so that's nice.
Reaper is kind of falling behind in the current 46k spear meta so might have to pick up berserker
why reaper? cause I don't play pvirt, maybe I try willy next time
https://dps.report/QWjK-20240715-223317_ai
made many mistakes haven't played core necro in a while, just want to show that you can play this
People getting their boons stolen, people not stacking, and taking 5 years doing islands are things that will fuck up your uptime, but as you can see even in this run I had quite low alacrity uptime and still managed just fine.
In the video I use the traits Loremaster and Honorable Staff, but you should probably use Stoic Demeanor and Empowering Might instead for better might uptime. If you take Sanctuary instead of regen mantra you can keep Loremaster since you'll be spamming F2-3 for regen.

To the best of our knowledge this is the first Embodiment of Sin kill without Condi Deadeye and the fourth group overall. We wanted to do something different and started theorycrafting a Necro (+1 Chrono) strat shortly before NA got the world first kill. Initially we had 2x qHarbingers, but eventually switched one to celeAlacScg for some additional healing, since the dps cost was negligible. We used 1x HealChrono who had full portal utils to take care of all Portals for Malice spawns. We dealt with Malices by using the Immobilize of Necro Dagger 3 on Cerus and then Epidemic on all Scourges to spread Immob. Alternating Epidemics in Sub1/2 allowed to essentially perma Immobilize Malices. We slowly killed them via damage by placing Shades on them and via the Condis transfered by Epi. The movement/portal placements was dictacted by where we wanted to place Despair pools. Portals where for the most part placed to utilize longer Malice pathing. Scourge Portals and Despair placement followed naturally on the East/North sides of the arena, because of the Envy Walls. For Phase 4, we specifically changed one Portal to use it after the first Gluttony to the Northwestern edge of the arena. This allowed us to completely outrange the second Envy Wall from the add.

The basic idea of this strategy is to place the malice spawns within 1200 range of the boss such that everyone can portal out and cleave them down while hitting the boss at the same time. Some of the malices are ported out to the edge where we know we can phase before they reach the boss. The strategy has been polished a bit since last time we showed it off in regular CM (youtube.com/watch?v=3ICmufKYfVs) , but there's probably still a few optimizations to be made.
Heal Chrono pov: youtu.be/OA3tzmAsea0
https://dps.report/Ixlu-20240321-211751_cerus
After spending significant time learning how the various mechanics work, we decided on a different approach than what's seen before. It gave us more dps uptime in exchange for the requirement of consistent and precise execution of cc (see Asterius pov). Our main strategy however, revolved around Empowered Envy, which gave us empowered walls. For the early stages of the encounter this is a disadvantage compared to triple greens, but for the later stages it relieved us of the mess that Empowered Regret at 10% entails.
This is the world's 3rd ever Legendary CM kill (or 5th if you count china)
