Hi guys, this video was filmed on February 15 2021 at around 9:30 PM, and was taken during a snowfall warning where the estimated snowfall was projected to be between 25 - 30 centimetres. At this point, the snow was just starting to accumulate, so you can see the buildup starting up on the ground.
Yorkville has expensive shops and restaurants, but you can see that with the cold weather and snow (and closed businesses due to the pandemic), there isn't a lot of foot traffic.
