During March Break of 2011, the Toronto Maple Leafs in partnership with the CCYAA put on a skating clinic for over 100 youths from the Chinese community. These kids were treated with the opportunity to skate at the ACC and learn from instructors from the Leafs' Hockey Development staff.

All Stars from the 2011 Lunar New Year Cup held at Ricoh Colisieum then took to the ice to show the young skaters a thing or two about hockey.
